Probably not... I'm sure some type of deal will be made to ensure the cash goes to EMR, but hell, it will be good to have these guys on board. Perhaps their investment will carry EMR for an extra year or so and we won't have to go the well for it again. Let Bateman swing 1-2 deals and watch out when our process proves out... They will simply run with this and make a shitload of bucks. Whoever was dumping for the last few weeks will most probably regret it as his sales would be double today and in the future. Got my 24 box of lobster pate the other day - great NS product, so I'm all set and hunkered in for a while. - regards - denis
