You're welcome. I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out what our problem was today. CREAF need to be there consistantly on the bid to support the price. It was very disturbing during my lunch break to see us down almost a point.

a)CREAF definitely doesn't think their shares are overpriced (or even getting there). You might not have been around for Sim's "Ridiculously low p/e" comment during a conference call some time ago (when we were in the 20's, I believe).

b)I just can't see any substantial downturn. They have managed estimates very carefully, and the signals are they they will be able to beat estimates. Meanwhile, holiday season is looking to be a lot better (in general) than previously expected...

c)I am very interested to know how many shares NG still holds. I have been able to identify a MAX of 6 million, although there is a year's gap in my data where he could have (and probably did) sold more. I put out a message on CREAF's corporate newsgroup. It is hard to tell because CREAF does not file normal SEC reports. It might be in the annual report, but I don't have one...
