The basis for the SEC allegations is simply put forth as misstatements and ommissions which if proven can also lead to to criminal action which is over and above potentially debilitating financial damage to the co. Their could even be a deep enough analysis to evaluate whether any grounds for conspiracy exist. It certainly would be helpful to the stockholders someone like TGS59 could at least put forth an extensive comment as to why he does not believe there is any merit to the allegations which he and others have claimed in the past and even touted the stock after sweeping the allegations under the rug in a heartbeat. HAPPY THANKSGIVING
