Chris B : Mark's correct answer includes the fact that even if you sell your shares now..you may still be entitled to a favorable outcome later.
However, if you are holding stock now you get to VOTE NO and let Mr. Zucco et al know just how FAIR you think 6 bucks / share is !!

If Intel wants to short-circuit many legal wires they MIGHT raise the price of the deal...obviously you better still own your shares at that point.
I still haven't seen any proxy material.
The stock acts like it's a "done deal"....
I wonder how Shiva employees enjoy this conflict.
I wonder what they think of Zucco...
I'm sure Shiva/Intel counted on a lot of Tax-related selling of the stock which falls into the Yes voting Arbs.
IMO..we might see an 8 dollar settlement which will give a little back, yet leave a most unsavory taste in many mouths.
