Actually, you did not miss any except Chongqing, the newly assigned Municipality in addition to other existing three: Beijing, Tianjing, and Shanghai.

Province/Municipality/Autonomous have the same power in China. When a province has many minority populations, such Xizang (Tibet), Xingjiang,... it may receive Autonomous status. When the central government feels a need to have a big city play some strategic role, it becomes Municipality.
