It is a possibility. I believe it is a higher possibility than most people on this thread. But i wouldn't bet $$ on it happening. COM$ is very solid and undervalued, a good opportunity on its own. However if LU were convinced to pay $75-80 for it, I don't think anything could stop them. COM$ would be hesitant to use the Poison Pill b/c shareholders would revolt if they turned down that much $$. Tim
