Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green. Not afterward. My favorite band of all time because I love blues rock. Peter played with John Mayall, he was/is pretty damn good on old-time blues (Robert Thompson stuff), but he switched over to Fleetwood Mac and he used to rock like he was something more than human.

Poor Peter. Saw a photo of him recently, he sure looks like hell. He got over being crazy, though, they changed his medication or something. Now he is flat broke, trying to make a comeback, playing Robert Thompson. Muse done left him, that's my opinion.

Local rag had an ad for the Rolling Stones tour, tickets on sale now for March, 1999! I have never seen the Rolling Stones live, don't think I'll break my run now. I used to buy all their albums, not anymore. They lost another angel, Brian Jones, that man was celestial. Lord, he was a handsome man, and the muse loved him, too.

What happened to all the good ones? Jimmie Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Janice Joplin . . . . flew too close to the sun, the wax on their wings melted?

Anyway, the Stones managed to hold on to Keith Richards, maybe they learned their lesson. If longevity counts, the Stones may be the greatest over time, maybe.

Maybe whoever is voting should say whether they still listen to their candidates, on a regular basis. I sure do!
