Can someone explain the upside potential of this stock with the buyout by Quest. It seems like it's been going on for a couple of months and is hindering upside potential for the stock. With some good news coming out lately I would like to buy the stock but wonder if it would be a bad move with this buyout going on. Any ideas how to play this?? Ron
