Hello again Joe,

I'm still a bit confused.

If the short position is 5 million shares then that means some of us own shares that our brokers can not supply the certificates for.

I understand this part.

If we could call in every share in the float and the 5 million short is a naked short then somebody would have to go in to the market and buy 5 million good shares to supply the good paper.

When do they have to go into the market though? Can't they continue their naked shorting until 20 million shares are short and we're back down to .75 again totally distraught? Isn't this what the shorters are trying to do? They could then slowly accumulate. Maybe we bounce back to 4 again when they accumulate, but it seems like they could repeat the cycle with more shares short.

What the naked shorts have going for them is that they know that many investors will not go along with a cert call program for one reason or another.

Why do they care? They can't be called in unless we get a cusip change. I guess they might not like other shorters having to buy back in (driving the price up), but I'm betting that most of our short position is naked.

My main question is, what do we do if all 5 million shares short are naked shorts? Our cert callback won't work against this and I don't see how a buy in will help us get these called back in unless the shorters just give up because of upward momentum from the buyin.

Still long and strong, but concerned...
