Martin, thanks for your reply and comments. It does look from the intraday chart that some large trades were made Friday afternoon - so takeover speculation looks possible. I didn't get a chance to look at the previous days. As a personal opinion, the whole thing with MCAF has been badly handled. This really put CYE management in BIG trouble - with stockholders and MCAF. MCAF had a bad quarter also as I recall (was it negative?) - so what value do they really bring right now? Computer Associates is busy with their own deals. So who else would be interested in CYE? - Jerry
