I never thought about warrants being back dated... hmmm. Good to see this CEO get convicted.....there are of course many more that should be. It has gotten to be so simple to manipulate the penny stocks, especially with forums like this. That is why I think "bashers" are important. Some may be shorters but I bet the majority of them aren't. Without someone to filter the information presented.. people like Moskowitz have a license to fleece.
