I've been scanning the thread and there was a recurring question about the details of the financing involved in this deal: biz.yahoo.com Didn't find the answer. I hope Garry dug something up about this. And I do hope and pray that some share converting instrument isn't strangling this stock to death. Check this chart for a floor less convertible debenture death spiral: bigcharts.com Notice how the activity (and conversion) increase when the stock has dropped under 10 cents. Happy Thanksgiving to all. Baldur F. P.S. As I was stepping out of my car downtown today I noticed something glitter on the sidewalk. I picked it up and it was an American penny. Not a significant event to those living in the U.S., but the sidewalks aren't exactly littered with those things where I live. The chances of finding one are very very slim. This will be my lucky penny in dealing with the pennies.
