Uh, since you've written the words "convertible debenture" I think we need a rain-dance now to exorcise the demons that have been let loose. Oh, what the heck, we were probably all thinking the same thing anyway...

I am not good with understanding debentures in full, but I have noticed that with only one exception in the past several weeks, PLRP does not make a run on the bid (the one exception was the bid falling from around .21 to .15 then rallying back to .21 before falling again). With a normal stock, you'll see the bid at .25 on day, then .28 the next, .33 the next, down to .25 the next, etc. Up and down, you know? Maybe it's my imagination, but PLRP sometimes seems to act in a way as if the MMs have a stockpile of shares available to sell at the moment there's any buying. Thus no "buying pressure" gets developed and the bid, in general, doesn't rise.

I'm writing all this but I have doubts that what I'm saying is true. That is, maybe the PLRP chart really is due to people selling (no tricks involved) and there's just a boatload of people out there who are constantly taking a loss (because with the one exception I mentioned, nobody's been able to make a profit for a while).

Just some thoughts. Perhaps the Edgar documents to be public by the end of the year will take all of the mystery out of these concerns.
