Merrill Lynch issued a Comment on PFE today. Here's the Viagra highlights:

-The label for Viagra has been updated to include adverse events observed since the drug has been launched including adverse cardiovascular events and cardiac death. The FDA continues to maintain there has been no causal relationship established between these reports and the drug. This information has been well disseminated by the press and is therefore not really new--to the extent that patients and doctors are aware of it.

-As we have stated previously we believe the incidence of problems has been very low, given the extensive use this product has seen (greater than 3 million patients).

-We view these changes as minor and have not revised any revenue or earnings forecasts for PFE....and continue to believe it has the best fundamentals in the industry.

Have PFun! Next week could be a breakout above 120.
