To know them is to love them. They have a piece of land in the south end of Ottawa that can hold ~900K sq. ft.of new buildings. This second building will bring the number of square feet to around 478,000.

Well JDS is one very low key company, with no debt and lots of cash.
Just can't help my self, perhaps you should look at Newbridge Networks (NN) and or CrossKeys (CKY) located in the Ottawa-Carleton region and that should start the process of calming your nerves.
