valuation... The holders of New Dimension Software another Israeli software firm complain about it being undervalued compared to U.S. based software firms. messages.yahoo.com I think there is possibility that Israeli tech firms trade at a relative discount to U.S. tech firms. Baron's weekly had an article a while ago on how how some Israeli telecom equipment manufacturers(forget the names) had much lower valuations then their U.S. peers. Then again U.S. stocks could just be overvalued.
