Hi Bobcat,

The CEO already owned 31%, so he didn't need to file a 13D to by more.
To get over 50% would have cost him about 10 million dollars.
Maybe he didn't want to spend that much of his own money. Maybe
he wanted to finance it in a takeover.

The increased revenue growth only comes from a few segments of
Axsys' markets. Those segments have suffered lately because of the
Asian crisis. They will accelerate when Asia recovers.

Overall, I'm not too comfortable with this stock. It seems that
somebody knows something which we don't. We'll se.
