NATICK, Mass.,--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 25, 1998--SystemSoft® Corporation (NASDAQ:SYSF - news) announced it has been notified by the NASDAQ National Market that its common stock will be delisted effective January 15, 1999, unless prior to that date the Company's common stock meets the minimum bid price of $1.00 for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days. SystemSoft intends, prior to that date, to request a hearing with NASDAQ to review their decision in this matter. Such action, under the NASDAQ rules, will automatically stay the delisting pending review by the NASDAQ hearing panel. There can be no assurance the hearing will result in a favorable ruling, nor that SystemSoft will be in compliance with other NASDAQ National Listing requirements or that its common stock will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ National Market.
