The other problem that has caused me more grief than that is the Order Status screen. Takes forever to find out if you have been filled.

I have been with Schwab for about 3 years and I believe they are worse now than they have ever been.

I am fortunate enough to have the OLD SOFTWARE that lets you dial directly rather than use the internet but recently setup another account with them that I can only access via the net. IT IS TERRIBLE! So terrible that I am in the process of moving one account to another broker and will probably move the others as well.

They also had me set up as a Preferred Customer where supposedly I could call in but recently I had problems with that service also.

They are so large they will probably not notice I have left but I have had it with them!

Their commission is not low enough to compensate for poor execution. In fact, NO commission is that low. I call it "gagging at a knat and swallowing a camel"!
