Interesting Yahoo Post regarding NM & CD:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Relationship of NM & CD
by: letter2you 861 of 862

This deal between NM and CD is no different between that of two different car companies selling the same Sports Utility Vehicle that has been re-badge.

ie Isuzu Rodeo and Honda Passport.

Same vehicle but re-badge. You see Honda still make a big profit off its Passport version even though they do not make the vehicle. There is a royalty agreement between the two companies.

And that is how I see this CD and NM deal. Just like Honda, NM is going to make lots of profits from is version of the product. And NM has other deals associated with its website and customer agreements that leads to additional profits for NM.

ie, Everything4less is going to be a huge Cash Cow for NM.
