I'm in RIVL also, have my fingers crossed for the rumor mill to really kick in. I personally feel quite confident about it, TM wouldn't say anything if he thought we would get burned. I'm in at 10 5/8, as soon as I purchased it went to 9 1/2 I almost bailed but decided to stick it out. I'm sure happy I didn't bail! We'll see a serious rise in price tomorrow morning & next week....IMO Happy t-day, Lance
