Elliot: I have signed up for some UBID IPO shares. eBay has the far superior business model, but nobody seems to be paying attention to fundamentals. I have been trying to track uBid sales recently (a lot harder than tracking eBay), and I sense that they are having outstanding sales growth this quarter. I actually like their site better than the OnSale site, and it looks like there are a lot of good deals going on there. The one advantage uBid has over eBay is that buyers will have a higher degree of confidence, because they are buying from a company, and not from an individual.
