Dear Mr. Hua,
< consider all the possibilities, not just those you wish for>
If you please check out your facts:
TGLO was priced at $9 came out at $87, jumped to $97 and ended up at $63.5 = an increase of 605% BIGGEST IN HISTORY FOR AN IPO
Fact = TGLO issued 3.1 million shares (outstanding 9.8 million) nine months ending Sept. 30, 98 revenues of ONLY $2.7 MILLION AND a NET LOSS OF $11.5 MILLION
compared to revenues of $12.1 million for UBID, PROFIT ?
IF MERRILL LYNCH WANTS TO BRAKE THE RECORD FOR AN IPO ALL UBID HAS TO DO IS END THE DAY AT $84 - WHY NOT? WITH THIS SMALL AN OFFERING (1,580,000 SHARES)
I don't care what you say Tom, you may influence one or more people on this thread (I hope not) and they WOULD HAVE LOST A HANDSOME AMOUNT OF MONEY FOLLOWING YOUR LOGIC!
I know your or my posts do not make a difference to the big picture (price movement),however, if one person loses money, to THEM that makes all the difference in the world!
REMEMBER that Tom!
Shorting these internets is HAZARDOUS to your bank account!
JUST ASK THE SO CALLED EXPERTS WHO SHORTED FIRST YHOO, THEN AMZN NOW EBAY - WHAT ARE THESE EXPERT SAYING NOW?
I wish you all the luck in the world shorting MALL, seriously, but the smartest play is to be LONG MALL going into the IPO, THEN ... STAY AWAY FROM THE STOCK! IMHO
THE SWING COULD BE SO HUGE WHEN THE IPO COMES OUT, EVERYTHING YOU MADE SO FAR COULD BE LOST WITHIN MINUTES! RICO
P.S. I WILL BE WATCHING FROM THE SIDELINES (after pocketing over 250% in 3 weeks GOING LONG ONLY)
HAPPY THANKSGIVING! |
