I use SNET preferenced because, if I'm the first one to hit that MM, he HAS to fill my order. If I broadcast it they have the option. In a fast market preferencing doesn't work because SOES is getting all the fills (I presume). It has been suggested that broadcast selectnet outside the spread will work in a fast market--I haven't tried that.
