Okay, let em throw out one more reason then. The buyer would almost certainly have to be domestic or people will really wig out on the Hill... Let's face it, COMS would be an expensive purchase and management has no desire to sell.. now they may sell a unit to someone but I even doubt that..

CSCO, Nortel, Intel could not be buyers for anti-trust reasons. Siemens is going to buy NN, so that pretty much rules them out.. COMS is in a good position and doesn't need (or want) to be bought.. What's the buy-out cost at say $70 a share... that's a lot of money.
