Bobby, I agree that the stock market is traded today like a Commodity. It is based on supply and demand. But the demand here is being based on an improvement in corporate earnings 6-9 months out. As you already know, I'm not devoted to any Bear Religion or any Religion for that matter, with the possible exception of Human Thinking and Creativity ( no official Religion formed here yet ). Let's get real here: At this point, we are talking about 4 years of well over 20% gains per Year on the S@P. Do You really expect this to continue in 1999 at current valuations? We are in the midst of the most widely speculative blow-off in the history of the U.S. Stock Market. I think this all ends quite disastrously in 1999. I am long Gold Stocks. That is it. If we break 10,000 on the Dow, I intend to initiate a big position in RYURX. I am not impressed with the current rally.
