That does not excuse the end result. If you knew it was that difficult and misunderstood, you then had more of a reason to exercise additional effort to protect your customers from financial harm. George didn't acknowledge its being as recent as yesterday. Surely as important as it is, he would have been one of the very 1st to know. Is this why your "overnight bank" exists? Shoot1st
