Perhaps Zeuspaul can refresh out memories when he comes back. I did not know I left:) Building a 17 ft x 8 ft bookcase with a fireplace in the middle sure takes a lot of time! My recollection is KC gets high marks. He communicates best with email so if someone is looking for good phone support he may not be the best. The sub $500 machines are pretty basic machines...although it was not long ago that just the 32 MB RAM would cost more than $500. I do not know what the intended use is but a 1.2 GB harddrive is not adequate for most uses. Zeuspaul
