Paul did you speak with a trade supervisor or manager? I had the same problem with PTVL - I bot 2k shares at market when it was 15 7/8 and they filled 10 mins later at 16 1/4. I talked to them and I also had the screen prints of my order, and they said they would correct the price to 16. However I haven't seen it in my transaction history yet, so they could be lying...
