Yes, Mohan. Sadly there is a lot of truth in that article.
I am in the biz, in fact came here through the same
route. My experience was better, but I have experienced
some of that stuff personally, and it is true that
the "the pimps" take half the money or more.

You should also understand that some of the
practices mentioned there are practised
by some of the companies you are bullish
on sometimes, like Syntel and Mastech.
And I wouldn't be surprised is Satyam
did some of that either.
