Scan, with all respect, this is beginning to sound more and more like an obsession.

I hold no brief for MBT or Terra Nova. I've only done business with them for a few months. So far they have always handled themselves professionally, and any problems with them have been of the administrative variety (which admittedly didn't make them any less irritating at the time.)

Maybe they are bad people and maybe they will screw me in the future. But so far they run the best service I've ever come across, and I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt.
