Phil,

There are two ways of looking at this. You have given us one view but consider this:

The deals is getting close to being done. A trader or big investor finds out and decides he's going to pick up some stock but, because the market is so illiquid any large purchase is going to cause the stock to shoot up only to fall back after he's finished buying. So what does he do? He sells 30-35 thousand shares short, bringing the price way down and shaking out investors at the same time. Now he can accumulate at lower prices and has brought out sellers who are panicking because the stock is falling.

My point is that these markets are illiquid and the only information that means anything is what comes from the co in the form of a press release. The only good time to sell is when news is coming and the stock is running conversely buy when the stock is down but being accumulated. We moved quickly to 20-25 cents but haven't gone lower and I would say that buying here is not a bad bet, if you believe they are going to come through.

I wouldn't bet on some co that I have never heard of but MDS, you can bet on. But then again I don't have the facts.

I hope you find this helpful.
