I'm not home and don't have my notes with me...but... from memory.. during my phone call to Calkins I did not get the number of shares that was used as payment for this acquisition but I do recall the the shares will be tied up (restricted) for 5 YEARS... (I also had a recent post on this).... and when I taked to Calkins I specifically asked him if he'd ever issued any debentures, reg S's and so forth and he said ....NO!!!... I told him I was glad to hear this as I was concerned with the volume trading, the supposed 2M float and we were dropping in price. This is when I got the break down of what shares were out there and in who's hands.... IMO...this stock does not trade like a stock with a float of 2M.... the reason for my search... and I found that approx 3-4M additional shares have been added to the float.
