Here is a part of CMPL that could turn into a small gold mine. CBT or Computer Based Training. I think many people in IT use it. However, the big bucks are in training the business user. This area is sadly neglected by many large businesses. Those that do furnish training often send employees out to expensive classes. CBT is a much better approach on many levels. Take a look at the training site.
