CM, Make some estimates of the quantity of BOE. Multiply by $5.00 and get the value of the find. Multiply that by the percentage held by the various companies. Take that value and divide by the number of shares. For instance say company X has 15% and the field is a conservative 100mmbbls equiv. The value then is $500 Million. Of that $75 million would be attributable to our company X. If there are 20 million shares of company X then the value of the play to company X is about $3.75 US per share. You pick the parameters you want to plug into the equation. I invite comments on the methodology. Bob
