abuck, mu may very well have received a good faith payment upon signing with intel. that could be one of the milestones. i read that the funds would flow as certain milestones were met. don't you think that is primarily production related? what other milestones other than production and pricing for mu production of rdram could be important to intel. please keep asking questions you are making me think. unclewest
