Thanks for the replys,gents To clarify what I posted earlier, the word used by the broker fellow was 'takeover' not merger. And on the 3 possibilities they felt that the last one,poor earnings,would be the least likely.They also commented that they would be standing back until they saw the financials before moving into LVA. Isn't that the way of the 'professionals'. They had no trouble recommending it when it was at $1.20 last summer but are nervous now that it is half price. The fundamentals couldn't have changed that dramatically in 6 months. Go figure! JPC
