as i said before, i suggest that you read all the posts on this thread and you will see that there has been much discussion on outstanding shares etc. you must pull the trigger based on your assessment of the facts available. i would prefer to take a punt on tcbg at 90 cents a share than yahoo,amazon et al at their current prices. i would categorise trading in penny stocks in a similar risk factor bracket to options, so good luck with whatever road you decide to take....
