Apratim, I agree. And to come full circle, the point I was trying to make to Geoff is that it seems to me to be more profitable to sell short term covered calls than longer term ones. Geoff seems to feel that it doesn't matter if frictional costs are ignored, but if transactional costs are included it would be more profitable to write longer-term calls. What are your thoughts?
