here's the catch, issuing another 40% of shares for merger, throw in bunch of preferred conversions could get share count up to 22 million, 1 for 3 reverse gets shares down to 7 mil or so,
initially this could cause some pain to shareholders as investors flee from reverse, but down the road for true longs with a share count of only 7 mil we could have a far more explosive stock wjich could really rock on news.
I'm torn re reverse a little pain now for some major payoff down the road.
