Personally, I think that alot of the momentum players are still fixated on these internet stocks. Once the cards start to topple, they will eventually return to DELL.

As per yesterday's New York Times, DELL computer recorded the biggest decrease in open short positions dropping from 56.7 million shares on 10/15/98 to 35.8 million shares on 11/13/98.

Now, how do we interpret this? Does this mean that there is less negative pressure on DELL? Does it mean that if there is some positive momentum, that the short squeeze would become less pronounced?
