Yes, corrected. $3.50
But what makes you think AESI will be strong enough to support that price? No company can give the farm away like that. It's ridiculous. Believe me, you will not be able to sell at anything close to that. Do you really think that anyone is going to give you $3.50 for a stock you could sell for $.3125 at yesterdays close?
Even if that might have happened under the best of circumstances 12 months ago the market for health care has changed dramatically.
Back to my original statement...what NATD and ODS.V/OPMK is worth after the merger really depends on how strong AES is at that time. Is it strong enough to add sig. value to stocks that are selling at such low levels? On top of that TMR has a $600,000. hard cash charge to ODS that will increase it's debt load considerably. What will likely happen is that the merger will go forward in March with an IPO and we will see our investments rise 50% from current low levels. Even if the fated reverse merger with NATD had completed we would have seen AESI drop to very low levels. The bottom line is that health care companies are losing money with no end yet in sight. Based on NATD's poor performance with current management what makes you think the rest of AES is any different? I am in at least through this Spring, but I am not impressed with the past year. Right now I am seeking financial information on the various AES entities. Any help appreciated.
