Bald-dude. I'm sure a lot of other folks have the same question. Has NSCP's share price been fixed yet, or at the 0.45 AOL ratio when the deal is finally approved by the shareholders and set in concrete in the sping of next year. If anyone knows for sure, please respond. I'm sure that we haven't heard the end of this deal yet. There are a lot of ticked off shareholders thinking that cheapskate AOL stole NSCP. Already one lawsuit has been filed. There's also the possibility that a bidding war will start. I figure that the MSFT suit will carry on and that NSCP may be awarded some $$$ damages. What happened in the past is a FACT and has no bearing on the NSCP/SUNW/AOL deal. It's like a criminal saying "Oh, I shot a lot of people in the past with intent to kill, but they didn't die, so I'm innocent." The MSFT laywers are full of it, trying to drop the case before MSFT gets reamed, as they should.
