Phil,until Placer Dome gets permission from Mr. Suharto then this is
only a proposal because the ultimate control still rests with whoever
has the COWS.Once Suharto gives his okay,Barrick unless they have an
iron clad agreement signed with Bre-X will have to change its tune.I
don't know about you Phil,but $29-$31 CDN for one hundred per cent with
no special kicker is not enough,let's see what Barrick counters with.
