for what its worth the filings will be Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Its worth a bit less than previous public pronouncements. the senior accountant at the firm has become ill I don't even have to comment on this one! These new guy's at the firm must determine that the values stated are fair* and this is what they have been doing.* This says two things. There is a question surrounding the valuations, and the guy has a clogged throat and a fractured pen. The bottom line is the auditor who did the analysis *did not sign off on the audit.* You have presented a weak excuse as fact. And pile on that some meaningless comments about surprises on the downside (as compared to what?) and better than expected (what was expected?) and we are back to total and complete lack of disclosure.
