grw5, Let me start off by saying, that I don't trust the agenda of anyone that starts off by saying "I'm not accusing you or anyone else on this thread of
anything. That said..." who then goes on to post a ton of accussations directed at "non-specific SI posters that have level 2". It sounds to me like you are only here to raise doubt and suspicion as I must doubt that your only intent is to try and "save" DCI shareholders from from whomever. In case you did not pick this up, the company itself is supporting the effort to call in certs. and force a short cover and is also taking additional actions that will help to force the shorters to cover :

From the DCI website:

What is a status on the "short sellers"?

We are in the process of changing transfer agents. Our attorneys will seek an
injunction early next week against Nevada Agency & Trust to force them to turn
over the records to American Stock Transfer & Trust Company. We are
working with SEC enforcement in conjunction with this action. So far close to 6
million shares are being recalled from street name and thus being taken out of
the float. This action will cut the float by about 40%. In addition, we will be
executing on the "buy-in" with Morrow & Co. Also, we are in discussions for a
financing deal from which $3 million of the proceeds will be used to refinance
the Series F convertible preferred.

ALL of the major DCI shareholders that I have been in contact with have supported both the cert. call and the companies position on this issue. The shorters in our stock have caused untold damage by preventing DCI from having a reasonably priced shares to work with in acquisitions etc. and it's time that the legitimate DCI shareholders benefited from forcing that group to become our "big buyer" for a change.

Support the cert. call.

James
