jmt, I expected the response received from you. I really don't care what you say because its always the same. 1) Concerning the delay from Nov. 23th, if you take the time to check my previous post you would know I'm not happy about it and let the company now in no uncertain terms how they disappointed all on the street and gave all the nays all the ammunition you needed. 2) EDII is aware of the damage to share holder confidence. At least my confidence. 3)Concerning the fair value of compensation. In most cased restricted stock was used for payment. The accountants that have picked up finishing what was started were not handling the account and cannot blindly sign without verification. 4) Did I say anything about someone not signing????? 5) Lastly, I'm not presently excuses, only what the COMPANY told me during a call to the company. WHY don't you try this sometime instead of your endless personal opinions and negative spin on others who took the time and spent the dime to make the call. jmt, I'm not here to argue with you, so have a nice day.
