I agree. The RIVL bid has to be book value or higher - which makes this price a no brainer. However, I think the reason for the downturn is the company would not disclose terms and hired Montgomery as IB - these could be signs they are resistant to a buyout... at least from this bidder. I'll be picking up more if RIVL drops much lower. good luck
