Victor, Malls are purely a "yank" thing....... but when it is cold outside, i mean REAL cold say in -15C range..... you'll be glad that your inside! St.Paul is a very "wintery" city......lots of snow....and cold. Best recommendation for dressing is in layers! Plenty of them too! You get warm, you peel a layer or two off. People in Minnesota are used to the cold.....so they are pro's! IMO I would go to minnesota in the summer.....its beautiful! RichieH
