I don't think the buyout is highly likely, but it is certainly possible. If it takes place, I would say it would be from LU at around $75 and around Jan 4, 1999. At this point, I think COMS is poised to get to that price on its own by April anyway. But higher the acquisition price, bigger the commissions for the Inv Banking guys, so they might be waiting.
